Dreamcare Consultants is a two-person team with over a decade of experience in dementia care and care management. They needed a professional, approachable website that reflected their expertise and the compassion they bring to their work. Their old site was outdated and poorly structured, so we rebuilt it from scratch, handling the design, technical setup, branding guidance, and content organization.
I handled everything from start to finish - design, development, copywriting, and technical setup.
We started with over six hours of discovery conversations with both founders to understand their values, services, and story. I also ran a market analysis to figure out who they were trying to reach. From there, we explored visual directions through moodboards and went through two rounds of design refinement in Figma.
For the build, I chose Squarespace for its low-maintenance setup, implemented the design, and added custom code where the native tools weren't enough. I wrote all the site copy to balance professionalism with the warmth and empathy their work requires.
On the technical side, I handled domain migration, set up Google Workspace for their email, and sorted DNS settings to ensure everything worked reliably. I also guided them through digital tools and platform management so they could actually use what we built.
A clean, professional site that presents their services clearly while conveying the empathy and care at the heart of their work. It positions them as both trustworthy carers and knowledgeable consultants, with a digital presence that clients and families can connect with.
Creating the website meant more for us than just having an online presence - it was about bringing our vision and passion to life. From the beginning Gabe understood that.
